ON-SITE AUDIT SERVICES

Webcomz consulting team provides on-site audit service to clients in stages so we can deliver best service.

STAGE 1 - We consult clients who require an Independent Risk Review.

STAGE 2 - Project objectives are defined, in the audit terms of reference.

STAGE 3 - A bespoke RAM (Risk Assessment Matrices), is agreed with a testing project plan for the ICT auditor to complete.

STAGE 4 - The draft audit report contains specific recommendations that have an assigned priority risk level, a written rationale, a summary of the findings with a reference to supporting evidence and an explanation of the potential risk impact.

STAGE 5 - The draft report is published prior to project closing meeting, where the report is discussed with the client.

STAGE 6 - Circulation of the agreed final report, is delivered manually or electronically after the closing meeting.

This process can be adapted on request by client to fit the organisations audit procedures.
